Ground leakage of wires is a serious problem, especially in the rainy season. The pipeline is prone to leakage and may cause accidental electric shock. A super solid wall or wrong wiring may be the source of leakage current. If the current is not high enough, the ordinary AC tester cannot detect the ground leakage. This circuit can monitor the leakage and automatically turn on the neon light to show.
