The trackpad doorbell combines a detector and a Darlington driver class, using an enhanced MOSFET that forms part of the CMOS IV and non-gate CD4007B. The transformer of a doorbell is not directly linked through a separate circuit breaker. It is instead linked to an existing light switch, outlet, or electrical box that is part of a circuit shared by other electrical equipment. As a result, you are unlikely to discover a doorbell breaker within the main electrical panel.
