They are used for

Usage

* I have eaten bolones since yesterday.

* They have watched that series for hours

*She has been eating melcochas since she was a child.

* He has been sleeping for more than 10 hours


Examples

The present perfect with since : S+ Has/Have+ past participle + Since time past.

The present perfect with for : S+ Has/Have+ past participle verb + for+ period of time.

The present perfect continuos with since : S + Been+Have/+Has+past participle verb + since

The present perfect continuos with for :

S+ Been +Have/+Has+past participle verb + for + period of time
