Address Book or Address List is a list or a database used for storing entries called contacts. Each contact entry usually consists of a few standard fields like the first name, last name, organization’s name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, fax number, and mobile phone number. An address list template can be used for billboard advertising or social media promotions to invite a group of people on any particular day. The banner will have a properly defined Address List so the invitees won’t get confused about the communicating address. As shown in the diagram, Address Lists are subsets of recipients that are grouped together in one list, which makes them easier to find by users. In several organizations, Address Lists are based on recipient filters.
