Just like any other social media platform, even Facebook has its own policies when it comes to changing a person’s name. For a Facebook profile, one can use a professional name as well as a nickname. A person or an organization can change the name by following very simple instructions as shown in the below image. To change your Facebook name, head to the Facebook homepage and navigate to settings, click the icon in the top-right corner of the page and then click on Settings. Head to the General Account Settings, click the General option on the left-hand side where you will see your Facebook name, which you can change as per your requirements. If you are satisfied with your updated Facebook name, then enter your password to verify your identity and click save changes.
