A collaboration diagram is a graphic illustration of the relationships and interactions among software objects in the Unified Modeling Language (UML). These Collaboration Diagrams can be used to portray the dynamic behavior of a particular use case and define the role of each object. As shown in the diagram, scheduling in project management is the listing of activities, deliverables, and milestones within a project. A schedule also usually includes a planned start and finish date, duration, and resources assigned to each activity. As per the image below, in a collaboration diagram, messages transmitted over sequencing are shown by the hierarchical numeration of each message. It enables us to focus on the structural elements and not on the flow of the message as stated in sequence diagrams.
