Star eventually runs out of Hydrogen which lets gravity take over and the star compresses, and becomes so hot the elements from Helium all the way to Iron can be created. The star then heavily expands bigger than it was before and can create new elements either than Helium.

White Dwarf

The star runs out of Helium which lets gravity take over the force of fusion which will make the star collpase making a white dwarf. This star is no longer performing nuclear fusion.

Black Dwarf

Lastly the star cools down over millions of years, losing light and heat and is eventually as cool as the empty space around it.

Once nuclear fusion stops in the super red giant is creates a massive explosion which produces an incredible amount of light, heat and pressure. In a super nova all the elements on the periodic table can form!

Depending on the mass

A neutron star forms when the immense pressure causes the electrons and protons to fuse together making neutrons

A black hole would form if the neutron star's mass was high, gravity causing it to collpase. This would create gravity so strong that even light could not escape!
