Mark was born a middle child to a wartime piolot. Due to military restrictions, him and his siblings went to Chicago to live with his mother and grandparents.

Mark Example: 

Mark comes from a Catholic family up bringing. four brothers and sisiters and very close with his family.

High school and college years when Mark decided to move to Arizona. Shortly after is when he lost both parents. The bond between his siblings became closer

Mark discovers he is bipolar. he forms close friendships with his mentors who are in stages 7 & 8 of this theory. Mark is being an etreprenuer and learning how to be the best mental performance coach from his mentors and developers. It's npt until late in stage 6 moving into stage 7 that Mark meets his wife and step-daughter.

Mark is currently in the process of writting a book. He also takes on five mentees a year. Only five. This way he knows he can give adequete time to coach and mentor them along with still being able to see and help his clients.  Mark also has a thriving digital platform for his Intentinal Athlete course that teaches athletes how to focus on the present.

Mark is only 64 years old. He's on the cusp of entering into stage eight. However, he is the first to tell you about his accomplishments without dispair. He still has a lot of life to live. and his story is still being written.
