A block diagram is a diagram of a system where the principal parts or functions are represented by blocks connected by lines that shows the relationships of the blocks. As per the image, the 8051 Microcontroller block diagram shows the central processing unit, bus control, on-chip RAM, on-chip ROM, and other external interrupts.
