A context diagram is drawn in order to define and clarify the boundaries of the salesforce system. The salesforce context diagram, sometimes called a level 0 data-flow diagram, identifies the flows of information between the sales users, sales manager, and invoice system. A sales manager approves commission to the sales user, who submits the details of sold products and invoice summaries to the salesforce so that every person involved in the cycle is in the correct loop.
