A service plan is a contract to purchasers. While service plans resemble extended warranties, there are several important differences between the two, often cited by retailers that sell them. A service plan PERT chart shows the process starts by defining the need of statement, followed by defining the requirements and understanding the acquisition strategies. The Project Evaluation Review Technique (PERT) chart is a project or a business management tool that provides a graphical illustration of a project’s timeline.
