Ethernet LAN Diagram
Create a free ethernet LAN diagram using EdrawMax to understand how the ethernet is connected in the local area network. Ethernet describes how network devices can format and transmit data so other devices on the same local area network can recognize, receive, and process the information. To create an Ethernet LAN diagram, choose a network diagram template from EdrawMax, followed by removing the existing elements that are unnecessary for the LAN diagram and adding network components to the diagram, name the items and then draw the connection between the members. As suggested in the below image, ethernet and Wi-Fi are the two most common technologies for local area networks. LANs can maintain connections with other LANs via leased lines, leased services, or across the internet using virtual private network technologies. Depending on how the connections are established and secured and the distance involved, such linked LANs may also be classified as a vast area network (WAN).
