This is the work breakdown diagram which explains about how to fulfill the customer data protection. In this work breakdown diagram fulfillment customer data protection is breakdown into five categories i.e., project management, regulation impact analysis, help desk process, system development & communication. Again, project management is sub branched into scope narrative, deliverable structure, flow diagram, schedule, budget & status report. In the same way regulation impact analysis is sub branched into regulation analysis and opinion summery of business impact. And help desk process is sub branched into current state and future state, system development is sub divided into large partner requirement, Technical requirement, enhanced/ new EDI and testing.
