This is a workflow diagram for fulfilling of the job vacancy. In any company, if there is a job vacancy, then job requisition will be reviewed first. Here comes 2 types of possibilities one is accept, next is reject. If the job requisition is rejected then notify the hiring manager. If the job requisition is accepted then there are two chances one is by publishing the vacancy on website and another one is by engaging external recruiter. Next step will be scheduling the interview for the applicant, if shortlisted hire the applicant and remove the published vacancy on website and notify/inform external recruiter. Then the vacancy will be filled.
