This is the workflow diagram which helps us to understand the process involved in approving of the document. In this, draft copy of the document is prepared and uploaded by the author, then that document is reviewed by the concerned team. There are 2 types of possibilities one is accept, next is reject. If the reviewed document is rejected by the team, then the corrected document needs to be updated again & then submit for review. If the review document is accepted by the team, archive the document. A notification will be sent to the author to notify that the document is approved.
