The city organizational chart starts with the director of public works and the secretary. There are four major functions: administrator, financial chief, fire chief, and police chief. Part and retreat, transportation, technology, development, community, HR, electric department, public health, emergency office, museum and culture, and legal service consist as the sections in administrator. The financial chief includes accountants, treasurers, and budget staff. Further, the fire chief and police chief are departments full of firefighters and police officers. These four departments become the significant structure of the city org chart.
