Questions can be asked to the child to know more about the quality of relationship that he/she shares with the family members and others in their social circle. Different types of lines can be used to showcase good and stressful relationships.
With the child's name entered in the center circle, their relationship with mom, dad, brother, sister, best friend, school friends, dentist, bullies, etc., can be entered into the surrounding circles. The lines connecting these circles can also be color-coded to make it easier for the parents of the child to understand the assessment.
