Generally, use an IC to create this type of beeper circuit but here we are creating this circuit by only using a transistor and few more components which are easily found on old scrap circuits.

1) BC547 and BC557 Transistor
2) 1.5k, 4.3k, Resistance
3) 0.5uf capacitor
4) Speaker
