On the upper part of the diagram, there are the support activities that have the firm infrastructure, human resources management, technology development and procurement and its definitions under each header. Inbound logistics belong to both primary and support activities. On the right side of the diagram, all these parameters indicate towards the margin, which is what tesla aims to achieve.
