This diagram is an organizational chart. It represents a business hierarchy. It conveys the internal structure of a company along with any employees distribution. In an organizational chart, we can clearly see what roles, responsibilities and levels different employees take in regards to the company or organization. We can also see what type of relationship different employees have between them and the relation with company or organization. Organizational charts are many times called org charts, hierarchy charts or graphical representations of the structure of companies or organizations.
