A certificate of participation is a type of financing in which an investor purchases a portion of a program's lease revenues rather than the bond secured by those revenues. A Certificate of Participation can be used on a resume. Mentioning them on your resume informs the Recruiter of your interests, hobbies, personality, character, accomplishments, and abilities. It is a great idea to include them wherever possible. A participation certificate certifies that a person participated in an event, training session, competition, or financial exchange. A local government or other authority may require these certifications for various reasons.
