First Floor Plan refers to the floor plan of the Building's first floor as published in Part 1B of the Schedule. A floor plan is a sketch or visual depiction of the inside of a home from above. It depicts the wall location and incorporates major parts of the house such as doors, windows, stairs, and primary furnishings. It also transmits the names and sizes of the rooms, as well as the measurements between the walls. Floor plans are effective sales tools because they allow clients to visualize themselves in their future house.
