This is an illustration of a Student Journey ACT. The term "Student Journey" refers to the end-to-end sequence of all the interactions that a student has with a university, from the first time they hear about it in high school through finishing their studies, graduating, continuing their study, and staying in contact as an alumnus. Begin with a customer'segmentation study,' in which institutional data is used to determine the composition of the student body and divide groups of students into important categories. Then you should do seminars with staff, professors, and students to thoroughly understand the present student path. Create a unified vision for the 'to-be' Student Journey and map it out.
