This Simple Kanban Board is made up of physical boards that are divided into vertical columns. Teams create a whiteboard or blackboard by writing on it with sticky notes. These sticky notes make their way through the workflow, demonstrating progress. A physical board has the advantage of always being on. You can not open a new tab on a massive rolling whiteboard next to your desk. It's simple to set up and demonstrate to others and is frequently the better way to communicate with specific teams. On the other hand, physical boards are not ideal for small groups or people like me who have terrible handwriting.
