The 14th Annual State of Agile Report finds that among organizations operating in an Agile fashion, 58% are currently utilizing the Scrum framework. Scrum is wellliked because of its desirable iterative, flexible, incremental, and adaptive properties. This structure allows the team to selfmanage while still maintaining accountability and openness through frequent checkins and suggestions for tweaks. The goal of each iteration is to satisfy the needs of the client by delivering a small but useful piece of the final product.
