The AWS Marketplace Template is a digital catalog that simplifies the software discovery, acquisition, and deployment processes for AWS customers and provides a platform for qualified Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) to market their solutions. If your product is only available as an AMI, you must include detailed instructions for configuring it manually. However, you can make product adoption simpler by providing customers with 1-click deployment via CloudFormation templates. Customers can use AWS Marketplace to locate, acquire, deploy, and manage third-party applications, data, and services for use in developing solutions and operating their businesses.
