The Automatic Light Switch project combines the power of an LDR and an Arduino Uno to create an intelligent lighting control system. When ambient light levels drops, the LDR detects the change and triggers the Arduino. The Arduino, in turn, activates a relay to switch on the connected light source. As daylight returns, the LDR senses the increase in light, prompting the Arduino to turn off the light. This energy-efficient solution ensures that illumination adapts seamlessly to environmental conditions.
