This activity diagram is for booking an appointment. The receptionist will login to the system. Then he will search the schedule of the doctor. He will check for the empty slots for the new appointment. If he found an empty slot then the appointment can be booked. If there is no empty slot, then the information of patient will be saved and he will be notify whenever a new slot will be available.
