This diagram shows interaction of a registered user and an admin with an online shopping management system. A registered user can view his order history into his account, cancel under progress orders and may also apply for the refunds in case of pre-paid orders and track shipment for his under process orders. An admin can view the order history of any registered user and can also cancel any order of any registered user.
