Following is a deployment diagram illustrating the structure of the 3-tier client-server architecture. The following diagram has various components which include: the node represented by a cube-like shape, the artifacts represented by rectangular shapes, and the links represented using a straight line.Inside a deployment diagram, a node represents the hardware component within the system. Here the artifacts are used to represent the software components installed on the individual machines. Through this diagram, one can get a better understanding of the overall architecture as well as the function of the various components involved.
