This is a workflow diagram which explains about the different steps involved in the order processing of any product. This workflow diagram is for processing of an order made through phone. After placing the order processing of payment takes place, in this checking of credit card will be done. If a credit card details are not correct then contact the customer & correct the problem. If a credit card details is correct then check for the address.

If address is not correct then contact the customer & correct the address. If address is correct enter the data into the computer, then print the invoice & print the shipping label. Box shipment is ready for dispatching and lastly applies the label.
