As shown in the below AI decision model decision-making system framework, the entire process is divided into several sections starting from the Customer Transaction Event where events like buying product or services, books reservation, request upgrade, applies for the loan, cancels the order, returns the product, equipment breaks, and others. These requests are then forwarded to the request data payload followed by a decision model to analyze the data quality rules.
