Double floor safety plan shows different entrances in a double floor apartment. Telling employees or members of an apartment to watch their step is not enough to eliminate slip, trip, and fall injuries in production areas. Like other safety hazards, slip, trip, and fall hazards can be identified and, in many cases, eliminated. As the double floor diagram illustrates, a Safety Plan is a written document that describes the process for identifying the physical and health hazards that could harm workers, procedures to prevent accidents, and steps to take when accidents occur. As shown in the double floor diagram, the double floor safety plan documents a plan which addresses hazards identified and includes safe work procedures to mitigate, reduce or control the hazards identified.
