The centralized model for content creation and publishing is categorized into Online Content and Online Video. Online content can be either regional content creators or corporate content creators. In comparison, Online Video can be either a corporate executive requestor or regional video requestor forwarding the data to the video production department that would later be accessed by the central DSX publishing hub for content/video. As the diagram below illustrates, Value Chain Analysis is a way to visually see a company's business activities to see how the company can create a competitive advantage. It should be noted here that the value chain framework is made up of five primary activities: inbound operations, operations. Outbound logistics, marketing and sales, service -- and four secondary activities -- procurement and purchasing, human resource management, technological development, and company infrastructure.
