This diagram is for my working with famalies class. The genogram provides a graphic depiction of the family structure and history to the play therapist. The Intake form is a sample of the formats and symbols used to express various familial relationships. The genogram, which is similar to a family tree, illustrates all of the significant links within the family. One of the primary motivations for creating a genogram is to acquire a more full image of the family constellation.
