This use case diagram shows interaction of a registered user and a support person with an online shopping management system. A registered user can contact customer support in case of any problem, View his inquiry history to see all his previous inquiries, submit details with his inquiry and can also submit feedback after response from support person. A support person can also view the inquiry history of any registered user, view submitted details from the registered user along his inquiry, resolve any inquiry from any registered user and also can view given feedback of registered users for their resolved inquiries.
